Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disorder affecting children as well adults. It associated with misconceptions, myths and social stigma. Patient, parents, family members, school teachers, medical professionals look at this different perspective. Knowledge, Attitude Practice (KAP) regarding epilepsy has been studied in various segments of population. Not many studies are available students. Also, there going to be regional variations respect KAP epilepsy. Such study not done region. Hence, was planned. Descriptive cross-sectional under taken 102 final year M.B.B.S. Self-administered questionnaire used for data collection. 51% students answered correctly knowledge domain, 69% attitude domain 58% practice domain. Only 21% were exposed management patient. 86-87% expressed include topic should included undergraduate syllabus need clinical posting emergency department.
